Good questions.

Is my health data shared?

No. EarnedIt reads active energy locally through HealthKit and uses it only to do the math on your device. There are no servers, no analytics, and no third parties. It even works offline.

Does it cost anything?

No. The TestFlight beta is free. There are no ads, no subscriptions, and no in-app purchases.

What do I need to run it?

An iPhone on iOS 26 or later. An Apple Watch on watchOS 26 is optional but makes the app noticeably more fun.

Is this medical or fitness advice?

No. EarnedIt is a playful HealthKit toy, not a nutrition tracker or fitness coach. Don't use it to plan meals or training.

Why does the count stay the same sometimes?

Because HealthKit only has what your device has recorded. Carrying your phone or wearing your Watch helps. On the simulator you can seed data in the Health app → Active Energy → Add Data.
